It is important for us to understand your specific needs, as well as your likes and dislikes. We will develop the scope of work for your project. Conceptual Design Presentation
After our initial consultation, we will carefully analyze all the information provided and proceed to develop a conceptual design presentation that will illustrate the ideas we have discussed, as well, to possibly propose some new ideas. Site Measure
During this step, we will schedule a second visit to your home to take precise measurements and photos of the entire space and any items you wish to include in the design. We will ensure we have all the necessary information to effectively prepare the presentation and construction drawings. It is also an opportune moment for the contractor and tradesmen to inspect the area and identify any potential challenges that may arise during the construction process. Additionally, this allows us to gather preliminary quotes, estimates for the project and a timeline that aligns with the trades.
Construction Drawings & Specifications
In this stage, we finalize the design and create the construction documents. These documents comprise detailed construction drawings and specifications for various elements such as appliances, plumbing, lighting fixtures, hardware, and finishes. The contractor will use these to accurately determine the project's cost and establish accurate timelines. Construction & Project Management
This is the exciting stage where everything starts to take shape and all the careful planning and detailed drawings and documents come to life. We can organize site visits to ensure that everything is being executed accurately and to address any concerns or queries the trades may have, providing an opportunity to further fine-tune the project and make any necessary adjustments to ensure its success.
Final Review
Upon completion of your project, we will conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of the space to evaluate the construction work done and address any concerns or discrepancies that may have arisen. We will review the details and quality of the craftsmanship and identify any outstanding issues or areas that may require further attention. Presentation Drawings
Once we have collected all the necessary information, we will create the presentation drawings. This phase involves selecting and incorporating appliances, fixtures, and materials into the design. This information will be included in the set of drawings that will be presented for approval. These drawings will include the existing floor plans, proposed floor plans and elevations.
